Returns
We hope that you will love your benignaparfums.com order, however, if for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied or you wish to cancel your order, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery so long as it is unopened and in its original condition. Proof of Purchase will be validated via our online sale records.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not open and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original
packaging.
Refunds will be processed onto the same card used to make the original purchase.

If you are approved, then
your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be
